New Jersey Real Estate Social Network (NJRESN)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for, attendance at, and participation in events, workshops, programs, and services provided by New Jersey Real Estate Social Network (“NJRESN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By registering for or attending any NJRESN event or program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Event Registration and Participation

NJRESN hosts educational and networking events focused on real estate, investing, and related topics. By registering for an event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Follow all posted instructions and event rules

• Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully

NJRESN reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the professional environment we maintain.

2. Payments and Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

• Event tickets are non-refundable except in cases where NJRESN cancels the event

• Tickets may be transferable at NJRESN’s discretion if requested in writing prior to the event

• If NJRESN cancels an event, attendees will receive either a refund or credit toward a future event

NJRESN is not responsible for travel costs, lodging expenses, or other incidental costs incurred by attendees.

3. Changes to Events

NJRESN reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, formats, or locations at any time. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

4. Photography, Video, and Media Release

NJRESN events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

By attending, you grant NJRESN permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and statements in promotional materials, marketing content, social media, and educational resources without compensation or further approval.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify NJRESN in writing prior to the event.

5. Educational Disclaimer

NJRESN events are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

NJRESN does not provide:

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Tax advice

• Investment guarantees

Attendees are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making business or investment decisions.

6. Assumption of Risk

By attending NJRESN events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including personal injury, property loss, or other unforeseen circumstances.

NJRESN is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from event participation except where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJRESN shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or business opportunities

• Technical failures or disruptions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the event.

8. Third-Party Services and Vendors

NJRESN may partner with third-party vendors, sponsors, or platforms. We are not responsible for their services, policies, or actions.

9. Communications (Email and SMS)

By registering for NJRESN events, you consent to receive:

• Event confirmations and updates

• Educational announcements

• Promotional communications

You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

10. Intellectual Property

All NJRESN materials, presentations, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

12. Changes to These Terms

NJRESN may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
